Evicting a Community 100 Years On.
In 1923, Warrington Corporation submitted proposals to Parliament to construct two large reservoirs in the Ceiriog Valley.
Warrington’s reservoirs scheme and the fight to preserve the Ceiriog Valley presented in an informative display each Saturday afternoon.
Admission free – donations appreciated.
Note! The fascinating museum – recently refurbished – displaying many unique exhibits relating to the Ceiriog Valley and beyond housed in the same complex can also be visited at the same time.
