A new opportunity with National Library of Wales, and the Wales Broadcast Archive.

We’re offering free creative facilitated sessions to explore the Broadcast Archive with community groups in North East Wales.
The Wales Broadcast Archive are looking for groups in Wrexham, Flintshire, or Denbighshire to experience the collection of BBC Wales, ITV Wales and S4C from the last 100 years of broadcasting history in Wales.
Between now and August 2025 we are looking for groups who would like to:
  • View clips from the archive at your group sessions
  • Engage in discussions about the broadcast archive
  • Creatively respond to the archive with free facilitated sessions
We are offering drop-in sessions for groups, with the opportunity to work on a longer 6-month programme of creative engagement to co-create a response to the archive that will be featured at the National Eisteddfod of Wales. The National Eisteddfod is the largest cultural festival in Europe, held in a different part of Wales every year, the festival will be held in Wrexham in 2025.
If you’re interested and would like to know more details, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with either myself or Sian.
Diolch!
