Directions –
From the A525 Ruthin to Wrexham Road, turn West onto the B5426, Minera Hall Road, (travelling from Wrexham direction that’s a left turn and if from Ruthin that’s a right turn). In the village of Minera, from Minera Hall Road turn right into Church Road. Stay on Church Road for about ½ mile passing Tyn y Capel Inn on the left and St Mary’s Church on the right and then turn left into Maes-y-Ffynnon Road. At the end of Maes-y-Ffynnon road is the car park and Quarry entrance.
Possibly to be arranged on the day – the short walk walkers may consider a car-share drive from Minera Quarry to Minera Lead Mine for a quick look.
