Re arranged visit to Aberclwyd Manor

Friends of the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley

This was originally scheduled for July but cancelled due to a forecast of stormy weather.

Aberclwyd Manor at Derwen near Corwen has 4 acres of gardens and opens to the public for the National Garden Scheme, NGS, about which some of you will know.  Irene Brown has kindly agreed to open especially for our members of Friends of the Clwydian Range and Dee ValleyFoCRDV.

There is a charge of £3.50 per head and afternoon cream teas can also be available at an additional £3.50.

The address is Aberclwyd Manor, Derwen, Corwen, Denbighshire LL21 9SF, which is 7 miles from Ruthin and 6 miles from Corwen.

Travelling on A 494 from Ruthin to Corwen, at Bryn Saith Marchog Service Station turn right (north), and follow sign to Derwen. Aberclwyd gates are on the left before Derwen.

Do not follow sat nav directions

Please let me know if you or anyone you know are planning to join us and also if you would like the cream tea.
