    North East Wales Trails is a series of digital trails developed by local communities across Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham to help you to discover more about this fascinating area. Each trail highlights what is special and is packed with information, photos and stories.
    The trails are as diverse as the area. Take a stroll along the coast, discover hidden countryside or meander around one of the pretty villages. Discover the rich heritage of the area from hillforts to stone castles or explore the industrial heritage. See how a limekiln works or listen to what is was like to work with the ponies deep underground in the coal mines.
    This project has received funding through the Welsh Government Rural Communities - Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, which is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Welsh Government.
